友人と芦屋市の焼き鳥屋さん「花咲（かしょう）」さんに行って来ました。
人気ケーキ店「パティスリー・プラン」や「カムカム」さんや「アマレーナ」さんなどなど人気のお店が並んでいる茶屋之町の桜並木通りにあります。
「花咲」さんは、「プラン」さんの左（南）にありますし、お店の外壁には、可愛らしい鶏の絵が書いてあったりする独特の外観なので、近くに行けばすぐに分かると思います。
中はカウンター席と4人掛けテーブルが2つのこじんまりとした店内です。
メニューを見ると、基本の各部位の焼き鳥に加え、曜日別に各地の鶏肉を仕入れて焼き物やお刺身として出されているようです。こだわりを感じますね。
また日本酒に関しては、兵庫県・灘の「大黒政宗」、そして、愛知県の「蓬莱泉 純米吟醸」などがありました。この辺りにもこだわりを感じさせますね。
頼んだのは、「鶏刺しの盛り合わせ」と各種焼き鳥、サイドメニューをいくつか。いろいろなものを食べてみました。
前述の通り随所にこだわりを感じたのですが、メインの焼き鳥はどれも普通に美味しいといった感じで特筆すべき点も無く、満足度はそれほど高いわけでは無いです。でも、友人や家族とカジュアルに使えるお店だと思うので、その点では人気があるのも分かります。
個人的な満足度としては、芦屋の焼き鳥屋さんの中では「i-shi」さん＞「花咲」さん＞「まさや」さんというような順位に感じました（どちらもそれぞれに人気のあるお店ですし、あくまでド素人の意見ですが）。
