22時過ぎて、駐車場付きのお店となると、やはり重宝するのがファミレス。
芦屋の2号線沿いで見つけたので、10年以上ぶりに訪問。
23:30ラストオーダー24時閉店。
コロナ禍で、どこも早く閉めるようになったとはいえ、この時間まで開いているのはありがたい。
メニューブックがめちゃくちゃ大きい（笑）
写真など大きくて見やすいが、大きすぎるのではσ^_^;
反して、メニューが分かりにくい。
メインの料理は、単品でも標準仕様がサラダ付き。
サラダ無しの単品もあり。
また、メインと、他のメインを小さめにして、サブメインとしてチョイスも出来る。
すごく便利な組み合わせが出来るのですが、理解できるまでにかなり時間がかかりました（笑）
メニューが理解しづらいのは、一応、責任ある立場で普段より頭を使う仕事をしているので、私たちが頭が悪いわけではないと思いますが（笑）
これだけで、リピート減るんじゃないかな？と心配になりますσ^_^;
今回は、最初からハンバーグ、チキンステーキ、牛ステーキがセットになっているコンボを注文。
私はスープバーとライスが付いているスープバーセット。
相方はドリンクとライスのドリンクセットを注文。
サラダバー、スープバーもあるので、ドリンクも飲み放題と思ったら、ドリンクだけはおかわり自由ではなく1杯のみ。
これも誤解するお客さん多そうσ^_^;
本当に分かりにくいー。
サラダバーに行くと、夜遅い時間ですが、意外にも種類が多く、良い感じ。
私は食べませんでしたが、コーヒーゼリーもあるので、デザート代わりにも利用できそう。
スープバーは3種類。
私はコーンポタージュ好きなので、他は飲みませんでしたが、ポタージュも、閉店前でも煮詰まることもなく、ここはポイント高かったです
さて、いよいよお肉の登場。
私たちはデミグラスとオニオンソースから、オニオンソースをチョイスしていたのですが、コンボの鉄板の中にも、別のソースが。
その説明もなかったので、元々添え付けのソースが、どれのソースか分からず（笑）
あと、ハンバーグの焼け方、おかしくありません？
真ん中は焼き目がなく白い。
端だけぐるりと真っ黒焦げてる状態。
グリル場のマシンの性質なのかもしれませんが、、これは美味しそうに見えないので残念かも。
写真も綺麗に見えませんσ^_^;
ハンバーグは肉汁もしっかり、柔らかく美味しいだけに、見た目で損してます。
牛ステーキは、ミディアムでちょうど良いですが、熱々鉄板の上なので、先に食べないと、時間をおくとウェルダンで固くなるので要注意です(⌒-⌒; )
チキンステーキは、最初から少し焼きすぎたのか、固めでした。
こちらはご飯もおかわり自由。
ご飯とパン両方ともおかわり自由は100円プラスで食べられるので、若い子とか腹ペコさんには良さそうですね。
店員さんの対応も丁寧だし、サラダやお料理自体は、ファミレスで見れば悪くないので、色々な面でもったいないなと思いました。
またリピするかは微妙です。
色々改善されたら行くかもです。
