もう幾度となく食べに行っておりますが、最近ハマってるのがこのミスジカットステーキ。
理由はカットしてある端肉の方が柔らかくて、パサつきが少ないことに気が付いたのです。
ミスジは部位の特性上、どうしても固くてパサつくのは仕方ありません。
しかし、このカットステーキは食べやすくて柔らかくてパサつきも少ないんです。
その上お値段控えめなんです。
以前はサーロイン400グラム食べてましたが、還暦過ぎたので野菜を多い目に、肉と脂は控えめにとなってきました。
サラダバーと種類豊富だし、スープバーも美味しい。
肉が食べたいけど、焼き肉は重いかな…
こんな時に良いお店です。
しばらくはミスジカットステーキで決まりです。
