私のイメージ的には喫茶店の感じです。
地域密着型で常連さんがおられ
ランチも提供している的な。
今回はなんとなく日替りにしてみました。
この日の日替わりは
アスパラや人参、えのきなどを豚肉で包んで
焼いているものでした。
味付けは甘辛く美味しいです。
ご飯がすすみます。
なんとなく家庭の味というかそんな感じです。
