県立美術館のあとコーヒーが飲みたくて食べログで探して芦屋まで。
あらっ？ イートインというかコーヒーを飲むスペースはあまり取っていないんですね。日替わりのコーヒーを頼んで、カウンターで受け取って2人でテーブルに。
その日の日替わりコーヒーはホンジュラス・ビエラ。アロマの表現とか苦手なので書けませんが、しっかりした味で好みでした。
2杯目はコロンビア・ビラ・ソフィア。先に飲んだものよりもダークなものにするなら選択の余地なくw こっちの方が好み〜。
本日のコーヒー以外はハンドドリップで少し時間がかかります。はじめに見ていなかったけど本日のコーヒーはマシーンで淹れていたのかな？
豆の違いなのか淹れ方の違いなのか、先のコーヒーの方が濁りがありました。
滞在中、お客さんは何人も来ましたが、豆購入のお客さんばかりでした。
