割と昔からあるコーヒー豆店なんだけど、最近(っと言ってももう1年くらい経ってる)店内で頂けるイートインが新設されました。
お店がフルモデルチェンジして、アクセントのピンク土壁がめっさオシャレ。
もちろん、中も激渋です。
コーヒー豆を語らせると日が暮れるのでは？って思いほど、コーヒーに熱い想いを持つお店。
環境に配慮した土壌で、顔の見える農家さんが作った最高品質の生豆だけをフレッシュに提供してくれる。
ってわけで、とにかく美味しい！
私は「リオコーヒー」ってばかり呼んでるけど、正式には「トレファツィオーネ リオ」というイタリア感あふれたネーミングを持ってる。
その店名から、エスプレッソへの並々ならぬこだわりも伝わってきます。
店内奥にはどどんと置かれた、用途がちょっとよくわからない各種マシンがずらり。
さすが芦屋本店。
ちなみに、神戸北野の六甲荘内にも店舗あって、全く同じクオリティの美味しいコーヒーが頂けます。
