なぜか前記事とボッデガ繋がりです
以前伺った時はカウンターを含め満席だったので、開店と同時に行きました
メニューのパスタにソースの種類が書かれていないけど、聞かないと説明してくれません。
魚介はオイルベース、肉はトマトでした
メインも頼むと時間がかかるような感じだったのでアランチャ1530円にしました
グラスワインは最初の一杯は440円
白は北イタリアのモンテベッロで葡萄種はトレビアーノだそうです。
これは高くないけど美味しい
まず、蟹の身の入った蕪と菊菜のスープ
前菜は
小さいナンのようなもの(名前忘れた)にじゃがいもを包んで食べる
青ノリのフリッター、若鶏、生ハム
和テイストのお皿、中央に脚があるので、端のものをフォークで刺すと傾く。
お箸なら良いんだけとね(後で確認すると底にお箸が入っていました)
魚介のパスタ
タコのパスタ 赤はビーツの色だそうです
このお味は単純なオイルベースの味でなく、深みのある味で食べにくる価値ありです
