コロナ以降は、あまりアップできていない食べログですが、
我が家は、Go To トラベル には行けないので、せめて
食べログを通じて Go To Eat に行ってみようと・・
お昼に行けるお店を探して、食べログからネット予約しました。
「ボッテガ・ブルー」
JR 芦屋駅から近いので、行きやすいお店です。

スープ
繊細な蕪のスープの上に、ズワイガニやいくらが贅沢に乗り、
中には緑の枝豆も。
前菜
真ん中に大きめの甘エビが置かれ、アオサのゼッポレ、
アンチョビを付けていただくポテトサラダとナン、
まぐろのタルタル、ピクルス など
パスタ
牡蠣、海老、ぎんなん、などが入るオイルパスタ。
ジェノベーゼソースの塊を崩して混ぜていただく。
ドルチェ
米粉のチーズケーキ、桃のジェラード

ネット予約するときに、カウンター or テーブルが選べたので、
テーブルを予約しました。
当日は、窓にくっついた明るいテーブルで、
写真を撮るのに良かったです。
がやがやと楽しそうなイタリアの雰囲気で、
平日のお昼だけど、ほぼ満席。
お店の方も気軽に話しかけてこられます。
お料理は、素材の良い素敵なイタリアンで・・
海鮮や野菜好きには、嬉しい。
相方は、「おいしかったなぁ」と。
とくに、最初の蕪のスープとドルチェ両方とも良かった。
帰りには、「また Go To で来てくださいね」と
言ってもらいました。
今日は、Go To Eat ひょうご にネットから申し込めたので、
さらに兵庫県の食事券も利用しようと思います。
