On our Ashiya tour with the malebis, we visited Allegro, a famous Neapolitan pizza restaurant, for lunch. The shop is a wine specialty shop located in a quiet corner of Ashiya, less than a 15-minute walk north of JR Ashiya Station. It's on the second floor. It's a popular restaurant, so make sure to make a reservation even for lunch. ●Pasta Lunch (1,518 yen, tax included) Since pasta lunch is a great deal, we decided to share one pizza and ordered this. There are two types of pasta to share: ``Shrimp and spring cabbage aglio olio with anchovy flavor'' and ``homemade salsiccia and fresh onion tomato sauce.'' First, appetizers and salads appeared. The sweet and sour marinated pumpkin, rice Croquette, and broccoli all taste great. Aglio olio is what is called peperoncino. The combination of juicy shrimp and chewy pasta is amazing! |•'-'•)و Nice! The flavor of garlic is also good. Salsiccia is stuffed with spiced minced meat. It has a fruity tomato flavor and the spices are a nice accent. The set also comes with bread and a drink, and I ordered ginger ale. With so much to offer, it's worth the price of 1,500 yen♪ ●Marinara Speciale (1,518 yen, tax included) Some people don't like cheese, so I chose this pizza that doesn't have cheese on it. The pizza is baked at a high temperature of 500 degrees in the wood-fired Gianniacunto oven in Naples, and the crust is thin and the crust is fluffy. The dough is chewy, and even though it's well-baked, it doesn't have a burnt smell, and the garlic is delicious too♪ I've been to Allegro's Tsukashin store several times, but this is the one in Ashiya. First visit to the store. The pizza is of course delicious, but the pasta was also exquisite ♪ In Ashiya City in February, there was a 20% return on PayPay, so I was able to enjoy Italian Cuisine at a great value (´∇｀)
