JR芦屋駅北側のラポルテ東館1階にあるパスタのお店でランチです。
店内はフレキシブルに対応できる2人用テーブル席9卓とカウンターが5席です。
ランチセットは1,250円(税込)で、6品から選べるパスタ、本日のグリーンサラダ、ドリンクです。
でも茄子が食べたくて単品にしました。
「秋ナスとズッキーニ、マスカルポーネチーズのトマトソース」1,350円をチョイス。
無料で大盛にしてくれるそうですが、普通盛りです。
無理してません。我慢はしてますが･･･。
まるでソフトクリームのようにパスタの上にマスカルポーネがそびえてます(^^)
麺の固さが非常に好みで硬めですがソースがよく絡んでくれます。
茄子とズッキーニの存在感はもちろんですが、何といってもマスカルポーネがいい仕事してますね。
なめらかでまろやかでまったり、とっても美味しい♬
シンプルなトマトソースが食べ終わるころにはトマトクリームソースなってました(^^;
しかも濃厚ではなくあっさりしたとっても美味しいソースです。
パンを注文すべきだった…と思いながらもあまり時間がないのでフォークを使って最後までいただきました。
とにかく美味しい♬
このバランスのいいパスタは最高です(^^)/
もう少し時間があればゆっくり楽しみたい素敵なお店です。
