神戸のまきの、年末に訪問。
芦屋店は比較的に入りやすい!
天ぷらは旬なものを美味しい食べたいこだわりもあり、
冬の贅沢定食+鳥天を注文。
まずはえびの天ぷらについては安定感はすごいです。
アンコウの天ぷらは肝のタレと絡めて食べました。
正直、私は好きです。肝の癖が、特にいい。
ふぐの天ぷらはもちもちとして、
塩との相性がとても良かったです。
せせりとごぼうのかき揚げはサイコーでした。
口うるさいわたしもすんなりはいりました。
ゆす大根とイカの塩辛はご飯にあって、
いつも食べてしまいます。
天ぷらまきののいいところは、旬な素材を
ちゃんと使うこと。衣と具材のバランスもありますが、
ある程度しっかり考えてくれてます。
明日から福岡ですが、ひらおとの食べ比べが楽しみ!
