JR芦屋駅を北に徒歩3分、リーズナブルな天ぷら屋さん。
天ぷらで、定番のエビやキス、イカに、季節の野菜を加えたりすることで、四季折々の味覚を堪能できるできます。
今回は、まきの定食を頼みました。
気軽に本格的な天ぷらを楽しめるセットメニューが多数あり、中でも玉子の天ぷらで有名です。
この天ぷらはそのまま食べても美味しいですが、
割ってご飯の上にのせれば「卵かけご飯」に早変わり。
熱によってとろりと半熟状の玉子がご飯に絡み、
シンプルながら何とも言えない美味しさを引き出します。
黒胡椒をかけて味変もおすすめです。
