Visited on April 8, 2016 A hidden restaurant on the first floor of "Ashiya Palais Elegance," about a 3-Pork Cutlet walk from the south exit of Hankyu Ashiyagawa Station. I love pork cutlet sandwiches. I ordered the pork cutlet sandwich without hesitation, 1,580 yen including tax. The pork cutlet is selected from Kurao's "Baumkuchen Pork" or Takao's "Kobe Pork," or the recommendation of the day. On this day, it was Baumkuchen Pork. It takes more than 15 minutes to fry after ordering, but listening to the sound of frying is somehow soothing❤️ The cutlet is cut into 4 pieces, and 3 of them are made into a cutlet sandwich. You can eat the remaining one as it is. The cutlet is chewy yet soft. And above all, the fat is sweet! The batter is crispy and the bread is lightly toasted, making it a perfect match with the sauce! It's also delicious with mustard! It's voluminous, but I ate it all in one go. They even gave us strawberry sorbet as a service ^o^ If you have any leftover cutlet sandwiches, you can take them home, and they are also available for takeaway. But it's best to eat them hot and fresh in the store! It was really delicious ^o^ Thank you for the meal.
