日曜日の昼下がり芦屋ベイコートの中華がイベントで満席と嫌われて急遽こちらを予約することに…
芦屋のいかりスーパーの隣にあります。
お店の名前の通り海南島出身のオーナーシェフが営んでいると察します。
アラカルトか悩んだ末、3人いたのでランチを3通り頼むことにしました。
まず前菜も種類が多く美味しいですね！！
蒸し鶏も作り置きしていないのでパサつかずシットリ！！
上々の滑り出しで期待が膨らみます。
次に点心、小籠包と焼売が2種類、種類は限られてますが、飲茶の専門店に負けず劣らず美味しいですね！
特に印象的なのはミル貝の湯引きで使っていた海鮮醤油の香ばしさはピンポイントで好みです！！
塩分も抑え気味で、間違いなくご飯があればかけたい奴…
芦屋という立地で、高級使いもできるのでしょうが、基本的なクオリティでいうとランチ使いが正解かもしれませんね。。
同じ系統の海南島系広東料理店で比べると三宮の人気店、珠海酒海より少し高級で御影の人気店、椰林より少し大衆といった中間的なポジションと感じましたが、それより海南島シェフのお店が増えたこと。。頑張ってますね…
香港の一流シェフももっと日本で頑張って貰いたいものです、、
