芦屋の「瀧家」さんに行こうと思ったら、なんとお盆休み
なので、ずっと気になっていた「海南」さんへ。
ゴージャスな香港美人が迎えてくれます。派手ではなく、ゴージャス✨花なら牡丹みたいな。
それはともかく、ランチセット。
前菜、スープ、点心3つ、メイン、ミニ冷麺、デザート。
メインは２種から選べて、冷麺の他にはご飯と粥もあります。
前菜は海のもの山のもの色々少しずつ食べられて楽しい。
イベリコ豚の煮込みがお気に入り。
豆腐と卵のスープがシンプルでめちゃくちゃ好き。
メインは鯛のチリソース。
ちゃんと辛くて美味しい。
点心も海老を使ったものが多くて、エビラーとしては嬉しい。
海老と長芋の翡翠餃子が美味しかったです。
デザートはスイカのゼリー。
どれもとても美味しかった。
シェフも香港の方でした。
