まず前菜盛。
定番の海老や、クラゲ、鴨、鯛刺身など。小さいですが鮑のついたもの。
特別なものはありませんが、それぞれちょうど良くて、楽しくなりますね。
点心三種。
餃子、焼売、小籠包とも、味は優しめ。このお店は、基本的に濃くないです。
餃子は具がたっぷりで、
食べごたえがあって美味しいです。
蒸し鶏。
四川風よだれ鶏もあるのですが、
このネギたれの辛くないほうに。
ほんとに海南鶏飯、よくあるチキンライスの蒸し鶏の感じで、とても柔らかく、
ネギたれも塩辛くないしgood。
ちょっと酢醤油などで味変もしていただきました。
海老マヨ。
こちらも食べごたえがあってお腹がいっぱいになりそう。このメニューは少し、サーブされたときの温度が低く、熱々ではなかったのが残念でしたね。
蟹フカヒレ餡かけチャーハン。
具の量がちょうど良かったです。
〆に食べたので、心配でしたが、
これも優しめなので食べ切れました笑。
お店の雰囲気として、ぜんぜんかしこまった感はありません。
2階にあって、店内の様子が分かりにくいのですが。
水槽もあって、ワタリガニやクエが泳いでいたり、
メニューには上海蟹やフカヒレの姿煮などもあったので、
「高級海鮮」を楽しむことも出来るのでしょうが、
それら以外でも十分楽しめました。
