I've been curious about this store for a while. I learned about the reopening on Facebook and went there early. The interior of the store has a casual appearance with wood as the main theme. The chef was friendly even to us who visited for the first time. The assortment of six appetizers changes weekly and uses seasonal ingredients. I especially found the ``mackerel and watercress'' to be delicious. I had some Italian sparkling wine, and it went well with it. I was debating whether to go with a pig or a deer for the main dish, and ended up choosing the deer that my husband wanted. I was prepared for it because it was wild game, but I was surprised to find that the meat was soft and had no odor at all! It was very delicious. The final Genovese is also topped with real pine nuts, which is pleasing both in appearance and texture. They seem to have a wide selection of wines, so I'm looking forward to seeing the food and wine pairings again. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal! (*´∀`)
