地元の友人に芦屋に行く機会があれば・・・と勧められた唐揚げ屋さん。
色々な種類の唐揚げの違いがまったくわからずにいったら、
お店の奥様？！が本当に親切に教えてくれました。
そして揚げたてを持ち帰り、思わず車の中で熱々を食べてしまいました。

それぞれ下味もしっかりとしていて
なにより
油のギトギト感がない。
衣がサクサク。
サクサクすぎて衣ごとはずれてしまうほどサクサク。
ビールが進みそうな唐揚げ。
やっぱり個人的にはモモ肉の金パリが一番好きでした。
衣の種類は好みだと思います。
さくさく衣が好きな方は絶対にオススメ。
私はもっとしっとり、肉にまとわりつく唐揚げが好きなので
少し路線からははずれましたが、
コスパと共に唐揚げ好きならイオススメです。
