Teppan-yaki after work ♬ I suddenly wanted to go to an Okonomiyaki restaurant on my way to work, so I went to a restaurant near the station. The restaurant is located at Alpa Ashiya, on the bus route just north of JR Ashiya Station. It's a street-front restaurant. I looked in through the small window and saw a woman drinking alone, so I went in with peace of mind. Inside the restaurant, there was an L-shaped counter seat at the front. Inside was the open kitchen. On the left side, there were semi-private style table seats lined up. I sat at the corner seat of the L shape at the front. Contrary to my expectations, I was surprised that there were quite a lot of customers and it was lively. It's quite popular. I was relieved that the seats on both sides were empty. I looked at the menu in front of the restaurant and thought there was quite a variety, but the blackboard inside the restaurant also had the day's recommendations written on it, and there was even fish sashimi, live horumon, Steak, and even hot pot for groups, so the menu was quite extensive. Unfortunately, it was a bit sad that a man in line was smoking in a restaurant that allowed smoking these days. ⚫︎Honey Chuhai ◆Assorted horumon sashimi ◇Tongue sashimi ◇Heart sashimi The assortment is a 3-item platter, but when I told them I don't like raw omasum, they arranged it to be 2 types. Thank you. For a tongue, it had little fat and a lot of crimson, so I wonder if it was the tip of the tongue? It was sliced very thinly, so I enjoyed the moderate texture. The heart had the same texture as the tongue ♬ It's rare for a Teppan-yaki restaurant to have this kind of horumon sashimi. There was also komekami. ⚫︎Highball ◆Hinetori Teppan-yaki It came out on foil with chopped cabbage on the hot plate. The hinetori was grilled quite well. It had a strong elasticity ♬ This is a good snack to go with alcohol. It was served with plenty of yuzu pepper. ◆Pork and egg Thin dough. It is served unglazed and eaten with your favorite sauces and condiments on hand. The sauce is a sweet and spicy thick sauce. I blended about half and half and spread it on. The rest is mayonnaise, bonito powder and green seaweed. The thick sauce here is rich and has a moderate spiciness that tightens the flavor ♬ Okonomiyaki itself is pretty average. But I was surprised by the variety of menu items here. It's a good place for drinkers who want to try a variety of snacks. Thank you for the meal (╹◡╹)♡
