相方と一緒に2年振りの訪問。
3月とは思えぬ寒い日に駅から震えながら歩き
ました。久しぶりだったので忘れてましたが
駅前とはいえそこそこ歩きました。
寒かったので余計にそう感じたのかも知れません。
野菜を食べたいと思い、ちゃんぽん焼きと豚入り
ニラもやしをお願い。飲み物は寒い寒いと言い
ながらも生ビールです。
乾杯の後、すぐにちゃんぽん焼きが到着です。
火をつけた鉄板の上にアルミホイルの上に乗せられ
ているので最後まで熱々でいただけます。
ポン酢をつけて食べるのでさっぱりしています。
そうこうしているうちにニラもやしが来ました。
こちらはやや濃いめのタレで焼かれています。
いかにもスタミナがつきそうな濃厚な味付け。
これは良いアテになりますね。
ビールの後は芋のお湯割りで箸をすすめます。
3月とはいえ寒い日はお湯割りが1番ですが、
向かいの席では相方は氷を浮かべた芋の水割り。
アテがなくなって来たので鶏の軟骨をお願い。
カリッと焼かれたヤゲンはコリコリとした食感で
たまりませんね。
お好み焼きをメインとしたお店で頼まないのは
失礼なんで広島焼きを追加でお願い。
こちらの広島焼きはそばがたっぷりで食べ応え
がありました。辛口ソースと甘口ソースを半々に
塗り分けで味の違いを楽しんで食べました。
ただ一つ残念なのは隣のテーブルの団体さんが
盛り上がっていたのでしょうがあまりにも煩く
相方との会話も困難なほどでした。
申し訳ないですが評価点をその分下げました。
隣の学生らしきグループは静かにしていたので
余計に悪目立ちしてました。他山の石とします。
ごちそうさまでした。
