阪神芦屋駅近辺で美味しそうなお店を探して
こちらに行き着きました。
お店はマスターがワンオペでやっておられ
大変そうですが非常に愛想の良い感じの良い
方で一度でファンになりました。
お料理の方も素晴らしく突き出し？の海苔
から素晴らしく美味しく海苔好きの連れは
めっちゃくちゃ喜んでいました。
淡路島の玉ねぎをふんだんに使った料理が
多く他所との差別化が図られておりました。
唐揚げは中に玉ねぎらしきものが入っており
非常にジューシーでずりポン酢は様々なおろし
具合の大根おろしであえており良い食感です。
だし巻きは上品な茶碗蒸しのようで突き出しの
海苔で巻いて食べると絶品でした。
締めのかけそばは地元の屋台のラーメンに
似ており懐かしく感じました。
