芦屋では敵なしの焼鳥店
「永楽権」の展開する
夜、水炊きの店です。なお、
コロナ禍で一時的に、
昼、ラーメン
の二毛作営業をされて
いましたが、今は水炊き
オンリーとなります。
この度「いし井Jr.」の予約に
失敗し、水炊きの口を満たす
ために、代替店として、
・マッキーフラッシュ
・とにかく明るいM男
・吹田の岡っ引き顔
と大型哺乳動物の私で
訪れました。
阪神芦屋駅を下車！歩いて
店に到着。
「永楽権」のすぐ横にあります。
また、その向こうには永楽権
出身者による「もも焼きかわむら」
もあり、永楽権王国です。
店に入り私たちは個室へ！
一品料理の
・三種の芋のポテトサラダ
・唐揚げ
・白肝のパテ
をオーダー！
サラダには山芋？も入って
いるのかネットリ感がたまりません。
白肝は名物になるだけのことあり
ます。上品な唐揚げは、肉の旨味
を引き出す衣の控えめさがいい！
ここから水炊きのスタート！
まず、コラーゲンの塊が
鍋に投入されます。プリンのよう
です。一番スープを器で！
旨い！コクあります。
私が食べてきた水炊きスープの
中では、ハルクホーガン的に
「一番」だと思います。
そのスープがひと煮立ちして、
・ももとすね
をいただきます。骨の周辺の
肉に外れありません。
つづいて
・つくね
見た目「サバ缶」のような肉を
スプーンですくって、丁寧にサービス！
こちら、フワフワの食感です。
この後は、野菜類と肉！
鶏肉は生でも食べることができる
ときき、一部、しゃぶしゃぶに
していただきました。
〆には
・ラーメン
・雑炊
と2種類も堪能！これは最高の
水炊きです。
