当日お席があるとのことで急遽訪問。
お値段その際にお伺い失念でしたがお会計時に二人で24,000円弱の支払いでしたので
多分、今回の花山椒のお鍋は1人前9000円前後ということでしょう。
旬のものをいただくのは本当に美味しい。
そして希少価値の花山椒をいただくことが出来て良かったです。
この日のお肉は鴨ではなく、地鶏でした。鴨は3日前に予約が必要とのこと。
タケノコも新鮮で歯ごたえも良く、クレソンもたっぷり盛ってあり大好物なので嬉しかったです。
花山椒はお鍋との相性が抜群ですね。季節の旬のものを美味しくいただく。
最高の贅沢に感謝です。
