[u: Visit date and time 2023/11/17 13:05] The second restaurant on the Ashiya food tour is "Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Hanana." Located 2 minutes walk from JR Ashiya Station, walk west along the road where the bus terminal is. Just a week ago, I was undergoing treatment for my back teeth and the back of my tongue, and I was afraid to eat. Modern medicine is a great thing, and we are now back to normal. I came to my hometown for the rehabilitation and also to celebrate that my work had come to an end yesterday. I ordered "Sudachi Cold Noodles". There is a ``Kuroge Wagyu Beef Sauce Yakidon'' on the menu for the same price, but that comes without salad. --- [b:◆Cooking/Taste 3.6] "Sudachi Cold Noodles" comes with a salad and 4 types of Small dish. Nine slices of Sudachi float on Cold Noodles. A cold and slightly sour soup. Is it called konnyaku noodles? It was a resilient type. This alone is not enough, but four Small dish serve as ingredients. We have refreshing and strong flavors such as kimchi and pickled cucumbers. And then there's the salad. I even came to the store because I wanted to eat this. Frilled lettuce forms the base, and a variety of brightly colored vegetables are arranged on top. Oval-shaped cherry tomatoes are sweet enough to be recommended even for people who don't like tomatoes. I loved it so much that I took the last bite. Although the main dish is weak, the surrounding parts are strong, so I think it is highly complete as a set meal. [b:◆Service 3.0] There is one young man and one young man working at the store. Customer service was mediocre. It was more natural. [b:◆Atmosphere 3.3] From the entrance of the building, walk down a passage that feels about 10 meters long and you will reach the entrance of the store.
