阪神芦屋駅を降りて5分くらいのところにあるハンバーガー屋さん。ゴールデンウィークのお昼12時に訪問しました。店内は綺麗なカフェ的な感じ。店員さんは外人が多く、お客さんも外人さんがちらほら。1人で訪問したのですんなり入店できました。複数人の人は若干の待ちでした。
チーズバーガー1400円を注文。まずポテトが提供される。細いポルトで塩加減もバッチリ。ケチャップもつけてくれますがそのままでも美味しいです。チーズバーガーは若干の酸味。ビネガーでしょう。これがいい仕事。うっすらきかしてて気にならないレベルだが、さっぱりして美味しい。パティは和牛ということで肉質も良い。脂もキツくないので美味しいですね。パンズも軽い感じで良いですねー。百名店なのも納得のハンバーガーでした。
