芦屋にあるハンバーガーレストラン。落ち着いた雰囲気でこぢんまりとした店ながら風格がある。芦屋駅ほど近くなのだがJRではなく私鉄の方なので要注意。私は芦屋JRから少し歩いた。店内は混雑はなくすんなりと入店できた。メニューは多くなくシンプル。和牛バーガーに少々のトッピングを足せる程度。普通のチーズバーガーを注文。
まずさらにペッパー？がまぶされていてオシャレ。ポテトもカップに入って出される。この細くてカリカリ系で味付き衣がついているのが美味しい。ハンバーガーは小ぶりでパンがふわふわ。もう少しカリッとトーストしてほしい気がする。肉は和牛らしくしっかりと味があるがややパサっとしている気がする。小ぶりで食べやすいサイズ感は⚪︎。
雰囲気重視の店が芦屋という街に絶妙にフィット。日本でハンバーガーの街といえば佐世保か神戸だろう。先取の気風あふれる港町でジャパニーズハンバーガーの文化は今もなお発展中だ。
