同僚と二人で。急に決まった飲み会なので、当日電話で入りました。一人客も多いですよ。
ぐるりとカウンター、あと2卓ほどテーブル。ちょうど良い空間。中の良い仲間とわいわいも出来ますし、ひとりでじっくりと楽しむのも良いですね。照明も明るすぎずちょうどいい。おしゃれな感じ。
カウンターに着座。まずは点心から。焼き餃子、水餃子、一口肉まんを。
提供時間は早いです。ノンストレス。まずは焼き餃子。餡と皮が妙に分離していたのが不思議でしたが、味わいは悪くはない。水餃子はスープに浸って提供されます。餃子自体もスープも良い。肉まんがまた、美味いんですよ。ベースになっている肉の質がいいんでしょうね。旨みがある。
続いて、秋刀魚とカボチャの春巻き。これがなかなか癖がある。面白いんですが、味が完全に分離している。でも口で調味すると合わないこともない。不思議な料理でした！w
