Curry Udon that was served was so average that you couldn't even see the udon. The curry roux is poured, and the condiments of tempura and chopped green onions are served on a separate plate.Usually, Curry Udon and white rice are a must-have item, but since the other dish comes with rice, I ordered Curry Udon separately. The curry roux is spicy, and for a moment you can feel the flavor of European curry.After that, you can feel the flavor of Japanese-style sardines and other dashi.A large piece of beef was salvaged from the roux, but it was tender.
