武庫之荘の焼き鳥と言えば、間違いなくこちらです。
お店もかなり前からありますし、いまや名店ですね
武庫之荘は焼き鳥屋が多いですが、個人的にはナンバー1です
鶏は丹波だったと思います。
いつも、ネック、ねぎみ、つくね、玉ひも、ズリ、ササミの焼きを頂きます
焼き具合、塩分共に絶妙でいつ行ってもブレない美味しさ。
下手なメニューとかもなく、王道の焼き鳥屋ですね
ビシッとシブい大将が寡黙に炭の前で焼き鳥を焼いてます
絵になりますね。
それと焼きなすを炭の上で焼いて皮を剥いてるんですが、それがやけにカッコイイですよね。
武庫之荘で焼き鳥いくならまずはこちらから行くのをオススメします
