創業明治２５年。長い歴史で培ってきた確かな技術と創業以来継ぎ足されているという秘伝のタレは流石❗️備長炭でじっくりと焼かれた鳥にこの秘伝のタレが絡む。これは昼時に混んでいるのも納得できる。味を守り続ける大変さって半端じゃないんだろうなー。
