3 minutes walk from Muko-no-sho South Exit! Casareccio literally means handmade, homemade, and home-made. Our Italian chef, who is originally from Rome, offers authentic Roman cuisine with the concept |
Casareccio is an Italian Restaurants run by an Italian Cuisine chef located in Hankyu Muko-no-so. The Italian word for this restaurant is "homemade" or "family". The owner, Fabrizio Valentini, is from Rome. However, he now speaks his dad jokes in Kansai dialect. I visited for lunch with a friend who was in Italy with me. Some of the staff are Italian, so we can speak Italian, and the atmosphere is a little Italian Cuisine. The food is served with a bold feel, so it has an Italian feel to it. Lunch: A Lunch: Assorted appetizers + pasta 1300 yen B Lunch: Assorted appetizers + pizza 1800 yen You can add a fish or Meat Dishes for an additional 900 yen. You can add a drink for an additional 150 yen and a dessert for an additional 300 yen. The appetizer was warm vegetables and salami, marinated mushrooms, and focaccia, and it was quite rich in flavor. You might need some wine. You could choose between spaghetti and short pasta for the pasta, so we shared both. The rigatoni was well seasoned with an excellent combination of tomato and cheese. The spaghetti also had a nice spiciness from the squid and sauce. The use of herbs and cheese overall had an Italian feel to it, which was very good. When I ordered a cappuccino, I was told I was childish and told how strange it was that I didn't drink espresso, but it went perfectly with the tiramisu. It seems a little pricey for a lunch menu, but I was satisfied with the content. There seems to be a lot on the menu, so I'd like to come for dinner sometime. I'll come again. Thank you for the meal.
