武庫之荘駅より徒歩5〜7分の場所にあるお好み焼き屋さん 広島風お好み焼き ゆうか。
店名の通りキャベツたっぷりの本格広島焼きを、関西でいただける貴重なお店。2018年2023年お好み焼き百名店に選出されています。
ずらっとカウンター席と、テーブル席が並んでおり、各席にソースやマヨネーズが配置されているので、好みの味の濃さで広島焼きを楽しめるのも魅力です。
今回いただいたのは、アゴスジお好み焼きと、ブタ焼きそば、貝柱とアスパラの塩焼き。野菜と海鮮の旨味をダイレクトに楽しめる、貝柱とアスパラの塩焼きは、シンプルでありながら、鉄板焼き屋さんならではの美味しさ。甘味のあるソースがたっぷり絡んだ、芳ばしい細麺のソース焼きそばも絶品です。
しっかりと水分が抜けるまで火入れして甘味を濃縮した大量のキャベツやもやしと、程よい弾力と脂の甘味を感じる牛肉のアゴニクが組み合わさったお好み焼きも、甘辛いソースやマヨネーズと相性抜群で、関西風とはまた違った味わいを堪能できました！
