イタリアンのお店が点在する武庫之荘駅周辺
その中でも、以前から高評価の此方
ずっと行きたいと思っていましたが、友人の
知人のお店ということが判り、初訪問
落ち着いた店内ですが、敷居は高くなく、
気軽には入れる雰囲気、女性客が多い様
ランチメニューは、3つのコース
前菜4種盛り合わせ、スープ、パスタ、
メインディッシュ、バケット、ドルチェ、
ドリンク「スペチャーレ」 2,850円
前菜3種盛り合わせ、パスタ、バケット
「スタジオーネ」1,480円
そして、本日いただいた、
サラダ、パスタ、バケット
『パスタセット』1,050円
この日のパスタは、
・合びきミンチとローズマリーの
トマトソース
・しらすとフレッシュトマト・枝豆のソース
・ペンネゴルゴンゾーラ（＋220円）
・帆立とイタリア産カラスミのリングイネ
（＋640円）
せっかくなので、レアな一番高価なのを
恥を承知でカミングアウト…
「カラスミ」も「リングイネ」もなんなのか
判っていません、、、
なので、評価するのは端から無理
毎週末自作パスタが習慣になっているので、
参考いや勉強のつもりで…
味わうというより「これがカラスミか…」
「これがリングイネというのか…」と、
ふむふむ系の食事になりました
ソースがしっかり絡むリングイネ
食感良く、このパスタは一度使ってみたい
カラスミは…よくわからなかった
食後にイキって「エスプレッソ」
運転じゃなきゃ、ワインいただきたかった
安ものばかりでなく、たまにはこんな食事も
味わうべきだなと実感
