前菜やらジェノベーゼやら
武庫之荘駅から徒歩3分、
「イル・ヴィゴーレ」さんで夜ごはん。
外観に反してクラシックな店内。
カウンターの椅子がとても素敵で、聞くとやっぱりアンティークでした。結構古いものだそうです。
ワンコインの小皿メニューが豊富です。どれも美味しそうなので、1000円くらいで盛り合わせを作ってもらいました。そんな我儘にも快く応じてくださいます。
海老のフリッタータと鯵のマリネ、生ハムフルーツが特に好きでした。
野菜もとても美味しくて、自家栽培の野菜だそう。
オーダーしてから一から作りはじめるので、提供までに時間はかかりますが、とても丁寧に作られているのがよく分かります。
パスタはジェノベーゼ。
インゲン豆がとても良い仕事をしていて、バジルがふっくらと香ります。
デザートはチーズケーキ。
この頃には、マスターとの会話も弾んで、とても楽しい夕食になりました。

武庫之荘駅近くにある「イル・ヴィゴーレ」さんにてスタジオーネというランチ。
前菜3種とパスタとバゲット。
前菜は生ハムメロンと白身魚のフリット、ブロッコリーのソテーです。
パスタは桜エビと玉ねぎの軽いトマトソース。
バゲット用になみなみとオリーブオイルを出してくれるのが嬉しいけど、
パスタの玉ねぎをバゲットに乗せて食べるのも良き。
ランチもいいけど、このお店は夜に来た方が雰囲気が良いです。
