昨日は妻のお父さんに晩御飯に連れて行ってもらいました。
阪神尼崎から西へ徒歩3分くらいかな。
カウンター7席くらいと狭めの4人掛け座敷3卓です。
まずは生ビールを注文。美味い。キレイに洗浄していると思われます。
ササミ造り、鳥もも、皮、なんこつ、肝、心臓、たまひも、つくね、を頂きました。
内臓系は若干くせがありましたが、身や皮は、ジューシーでとても美味しい焼き鳥でした。
持ち帰りしたいくらい。
