関西で10代の頃過ごしたのにあまり好きでないのが
関西の粉もん文化。
たこ焼きならあれば1〜2個食べるが、自分から買うことは
子供の頃からほぼなく、お好み焼きも
自分からは食べることはなかった。
あっても焼きそばぐらい。
今回は友人がどうしてもランチに超有名なこちらで
お好み焼きを食べたいと言ったので同席。
平日に開店の10分ぐらい前にお店へ着くと
行列もなく、開店と同時に入店。
(実際に訪問したのは9月中旬)
開店してからも次のお客さんが来るまで15分ぐらい
間があり、行列店だと聞いていたので少し拍子抜け。
ご夫婦でやられているお店は接客が素晴らしく
こじんまりご夫婦でやるお店のお手本ではないでしょうか。
それぐらい入店した時から帰るまで
良い空気がお店の中で流れてました。
注文したのは、チーズ玉モダン焼き + スジコン トッピング。
目の前で早速ご主人さんが調理を開始したが、出来上がるまで
かなり細かいこだわりのある動き。
そして出来上がるとソースが２種類あり、
普通のソースか辛口のどろソースのどちらにするか聞かれ、
どろソースでお願いする。
ソースを塗り、その上に青のりをかけると
花のようなデザインでマヨネーズをかけて完成。
いただいてみると生地が独特の色合いで食感も独特の柔らかさ。
確かに通常のお好み焼きとはかなり違う。
こういうお好み焼きもあるのかと言う良い経験に。
