関西のお好み焼き屋さんで食べる「広島焼き」は、それっぽく焼いてるだけで本物じゃないとよく聞きます。
なので、本物の広島焼きが食べれる店に行ってきました。
阪神尼崎にある「でめ金」さんは、広島焼きの専門店。
広島出身のご主人が本物の味を提供してくれます。
広島焼きはズッシリくるから、空腹時に食べましょう！
広島焼き、豚・そば・玉子(790円)
広島焼きの基本は、やっぱりコレかな？
作り方は神戸の薄焼きによく似てる。
ただ、神戸のモダン焼きはソースの絡んだ麺を挟むけど、広島焼きではソース無し。
仕上げのソースは、オタフクソース。
神戸人のプライドで、コテ一本で食べる。
広島で食べたことあるけど、店ごとに微妙に違うから、定義みたいなものは曖昧やね。
私の場合は、神戸のモダン焼きでブラザーソースが好きです。
