チャーシューの替わりに、
大きな「鶏から」がトッピング
このトッピング、私には、
揚げ具合も、切り分けも、サイズも、
「山賊焼」に思えます。似てる。
後半は、
スープを吸った衣がふやけ、
全体に馴染んで、
美味いです。
麺はプリプリ、
加水高め、中太ストレート
夜9時過ぎても、次々来店され、
地元人気が伺えます。
