Remarks |
In July, when only a few days are left before the expiry date, I will enjoy Amagasaki Gurume Techo to the last possible moment. At Lunch Passport, I received `` Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) with Kuroge Wagyu Beef Dashi Soup'', which is a menu item after Golden Week. The dipping sauce, rice, and kimchi arrive first. A rich soup. There is a lot of streaky meat in the depths. The noodles that arrived soon after were straight thin noodles. Since there was a slight time lag, I completely forgot that it was Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) and almost ate the rice with the soup (lol). Grabbing the meat from the bottom of the well-cooked soup, which has a slightly sour taste, and mixing it with the noodles and eating it together will enhance the rice. I felt that the sourness was a little too strong and I couldn't really feel the richness of the wagyu beef, but it was only 500 yen. It's still a great cost performance. The exterior of the store has a Japanese-style gate. It looks like there might be a samurai, but at lunchtime on this day, the proprietress was serving customers by herself with a baby on her back. It quickly filled up. Another small child is inviting the father, who seems to be in charge of the kitchen, to play with him (lol). I was very relieved. The value lunch limited to 10 meals is also interesting!
