お目当てのおうどん屋さんはお休みでしたのでお向かいの『東雲亭』さんにお邪魔しました♫

目が合ってしまった汁なしメニュー「醤拌麺（ジャンバンメン）」をお願いしました(*´-`)

卓上の“にんにくクラッシャー・ニラキムチ”をニヤニヤしながら眺めていると、１０分程で着丼です♡

ピリ辛ミンチに角切りチャーシューなど具沢山な一杯を、よ〜くマゼマゼして頂きます(*´ω`*)

シャキシャキ食感のニラキムチがナイスアクセントになっているタレは醤油ベースのピリ辛タイプ、ひと口ごとに好きになって行く中毒性のあるタイプで、卓上のニラとクラッシュしたてのニンニクでオイニージジイの完成です♪( ´θ｀)

プリッと食感な麺は加水率高めの中太ストレート、追い海苔で磯感マシマシ、お断りするタイミングを逃してしまった仕上げ飯を投入して腹パン完食です♫
