平日の新開地飲み。
酒を飲んで〆にうどんを食って、地元の駅に戻って来るとまた牛丼が食べたくなる。
この酒を飲んだくれると満腹中枢が破壊される仕組みどうにかなりませんやろか？（笑）
久々の松屋の牛丼だが、店に入ると急にコアなメニューを頼みたくなった。
すると…
おおっ、あるではないか、面白そうなメニューが！
台湾風まぜ牛めし 590円
見れば何と昨日2月7日に発売されたばかり。
とれっとれのピッチピチですな。（笑）
最新券売機と格闘しながらようやく券を購入。
カウンターに座るとすぐに配膳。
めちゃくちゃ美味そうやないの！
やばいでこのビジュアル。
もろ俺好み。（笑）
パッとみた感じはジャンクなビビンバって感じですね。
ベースの牛めしの上には半熟卵、松屋自家製キムチ、海苔、青ネギ、そしてちょっとドロっとしている茶色がかったタレは鶏白湯ベースのまぜだれ。
このまぜダレが本当にヤバい。
聞けば鶏白湯ベースにピリッと辛い豆板醤を効かせた鶏そぼろと薬味のタレとの事。これを聞いただけでもヨダレが出ますな。
で、まぜ飯ですので当然まぜまくります。
まぜそばではなくまぜめし。
ではぐっちゃぐちゃにまぜまくって頂く事にしましょう！
おー、この半熟卵が崩壊する瞬間が堪らんわ。

思ったね。
これ酔ってない時に食いたかった。
何故ならどうせ明日になれば、「美味かった！
だが、どう美味かったかと聞かれれば覚えてない。（泣）」になるのは分かり切ってる。
案の定今日の俺がそうよ。（笑）
しかし、こういうメニューを何気に作る松屋はやっぱり凄いね。
