Papi, who once visited on a temporary holiday and had a rock thrown at him by Otto, came back this time for revenge. (Actually, it was already that time...but it's okay, I was heavy so I bounced back.) Rumor has it that it's cheap and voluminous. Recently, Chinese food has become popular when it comes to eating out. Now what will happen? The front signboard is full of super cheap lunch options. But when you enter the store, there are many more menu items in the menu book. It's interesting that almost every set comes with a mini cold tofu. Otto worked at a Chinese (Kokodai) restaurant when he was young, so he seems to be able to tell which lineage it is even if the restaurant doesn't specifically say so. He said that this is Beijing cuisine, not Guangdong Sichuan Shanghai (If I'm wrong, m(_ _)m) Beijing cuisine has its roots in imperial court cuisine and is based on a salty flavor without sweetness. That's why he chose the 1,000 yen set meal of Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) with ankake sauce, which was not a mapo tofu dish. You don't have to be so particular about it, though. Eat what you like. However, he is very particular about food (lol). I also thought the egg dish looked delicious, so I went for the Tenjindon set for 900 yen. Choose one with Taiwanese Ramen. We also added individual servings Gyoza / Dumpling. Otto's arrived first. Ankake Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)! I was surprised by the amount of luxurious and amazing ingredients. Even though this alone is enough, the amount of fried rice is also quite large. That? The menu says rice, right? I'm happy though. I also eat while helping out. The side dish of choice, fried chicken, was casual but delicious. Unfortunately, the soup was cold. Mine is more like soup than Tenshinhan, and the filling is light and smooth. But as expected, the way the eggs were cooked was good ♪ The taste was unique and unique compared to what I usually eat. I guess the seasonings are different. What can I say, it's a little spicy. Taiwanese Ramen is neither spicy nor mediocre. I would have liked the soup to be a little hotter. But Gyoza / Dumpling has beautiful wings! Crisp! Contains garlic but is light! I love this! After all, it was a restaurant where you could feel the craftsmanship, as it was authentic Chinese Cuisine, not your average town Chinese food. Otto is very satisfied. He says he wants to repeat the ankake Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) set meal. Congratulations!
