チャミのカレーは、すべて手作りです。《材料》《スパイス》《作り方》への『こだわり』を大切にして、体によい、オンリーワンの味に心をこめて仕上げています。原点は４０年以上も前にさかのぼります。初代の店は、神戸にありました。カレー専門店ではありませんでしたので不定期にカレーを販売しておりました。そのカレーを求めて政界や芸能界、もちろん一般の方々が、わざわざ問い合わせをして食べに来ていただける味でした。
