一昨年秋に足を運んだことがありますが、辛くなくてスパイスの使い方が抜群の
タイ式のビリヤニをふと思い出し、武庫之荘へ行く用事があり久々に足を運びました。
辛すぎず幅広い人に受け入れられられやすいエスニック料理店で、とても人気があります。
全国各地から足を運ぶ方も多いです。
食べログで2022年アジア・エスニックWEST百名店に選ばれています。

スパイスティー
クリアチキンスープは、まっすぐなチキンの味を生かしたスープ。
スパイスも使われているのかな。好みの味のチキンスープです。
なすのアチャールはじわじわとあとから心地よくスパイシーさがきます。
きゅうりのピクルスは、酸味と甘みのバランスがとても良い。
自家製スイートチリソースは甘味・酸味・辛味のバランスが絶妙。
甘すぎなくて好みの味です。
ふだんはがっつりつかわないスイートチリソースですが、majidehamalのスイートチリソースは
ここ近年味わったスイートチリソースの中でイチオシ。
タイ式ビリヤニ、カオモックガイ。
ビリヤニとはいえ、インドのとは違う
スパイシーではあるが、カレー感は強くないかな。
優しく、深い味。
カオモックガイの中には大きな骨付き鶏もも肉が！
鶏肉もほんのりスパイシーで鶏肉の旨み、噛み締めるたびに広がります。
スパイスティーも柔らかなスパイス。
甘い香りがしますが、３０種類ぐらい？のスパイスが入っているとお聞きしました。
1人客の方のみミニデザートサービス
ココナッツプリンも。
甘すぎなくていい感じの味。
私が足を運んだ3月上旬以降はカオモックガイメインで少しメニュー構成が変わるかも？
という話をお聞きしました。
ホント、「マジでハマる！」店です。
