つかしんの中にあり、オープンキッチンですが、
臨場感あふれるつくりなので見入ってしまいました。
この日はお腹いっぱいだったので、
テイクアウトのみ。
他の普通のケーキ屋さんと違って、
イタリアのお菓子だけを扱っているので、
シュークリームは変わった形だし、
チーズにこだわったチーズケーキやお酒を使ったババなど、
いろいろ目移りしました。
今回はその変わったシュークリームと、
クレープに茶巾包みにされたケーキにしました。
どちらもカスタードと、さっぱりとした生クリームのダブルクリームで、
味がちょっとかぶってしまった＾＾；
食後のデザートでもさっぱりいただけました。
クリームが多すぎるくらい。。。
２つの丸いクッキーをチョコでつないだバーチディダーマがすきなのですが、
ここではいろんな種類があり、レモンチョコのを買ってみました。
賞味期限は１ヶ月ほどあるので常備菓子やお使い物にもいいですね。
