尼崎の立花にある人気店に訪問。
店員さんの、せっきゃくはすごく（特に男性店員）良いです。
残念ながら人気店のため、２時間の制限付きのためあまりゆっくりは出来ません（それを納得し手予約してるので仕方ないですが……）
お肉は、切り方や鮮度、部位にこだわっておりいい肉です、特におすすめのシマチョウ（ホルモン）は甘くて、食感も楽しめます。
ロースも柔らかくて、肉の甘味が溢れてました。
また、冷麺も綿がつるつるしこしこシコシコでよくひえで最高!!
ひとつ残念なのが、ガスではなく炭火で焼くのですが、火が弱いので肉のポテンシャルを最大限に引き出すように焼けませんでした。
