東京での有名店だったそうですが

東京での有名店「69’N’ ROLL ONE」の店主が
尼にラーメン店「ロックンビリーS1」をオープンされたという事で
「69’N’ ROLL ONE」は未食ですが行ってきました。

東京で修行されて関西に出店されている「たけ井」さん「葵」さん「弥七」さんは関西でも大好きな味ですから期待大です(^O^)／

リーゼント姿の店主の看板。リーゼントの店主、広い店内、湯きりパフォーマンス。
雰囲気は悪くないです。

デフォの尼ロック　シンプルをいただきました。
醤油ラーメンに鶏と豚のチャーシューが１枚（小さい）づつ、
ネギ、メンマと名前とおりシンプルです。

本日　２食目だからか（いつものことですが）美味しいのに
油分多目のスープに引きます。
麺は、ゆで時間が私の好みとは異なります。
これで800円です。

帰りにレジで「東京とは何か変えておられるのですか？」と質問しました。
「さらに美味しくしています」とのことでした。
