A Japanese-style Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Amagasaki that specializes in brewed alcohol! Enjoy seasonal dishes and fine domestic sake in a relaxed atmosphere.
We have courses available for welcoming and farewell parties. *We recommend using the course menu for first-time customers (reservations required). We can also reserved small groups, so please feel fr |
I made a reservation at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Amagasaki that I had wanted to go to for a while and then dropped in. It was located in an alleyway lined with slightly lewd hotels, across Route 2, a short distance from Hanshin Amagasaki Station. It is said to be a completely non-smoking restaurant, which is still rare in Amagasaki. The calm atmosphere with a Japanese taste left a good impression (^・^) It happened to be empty that day, so we sat at a table seat for two people. Sake [b:●Iyokagiya Junmai [Ehime] 550 yen] etc... A chaser was also brought out at room temperature. I like this kind of service (-^▽^-) Iyokagiya is a sake that I have loved since I drank it at [a:38000354, Kuramotoya] in Ehime Prefecture. It is made from Ehime Prefecture's sake-making rice "Shizukuhime", which is quite delicious. The balance of rice flavor and sharpness is exquisite. Appetizers [b:■ Straw-grilled Tosa-style pork cutlet 800 yen] Served with ponzu sauce. It has a super plump texture and is sticky and rich. This is so delicious! [b:■ Homemade char siu platter 700 yen] And it's huge Σ(・ω・ノ)ノ! It's so filling. The taste is surprisingly light and a little dry. It goes well with the slightly sweet soy sauce-based sauce. [b:■ Homemade cold tofu 1 block 400 yen] Served with ponzu sauce. It has a light texture, but the rich flavor of the beans hits your nose. [b:■ Specialty! Onoroji potato salad 350 yen] A lot of egg. The seasoning is light, but it is meaty and satisfying with bacon (?). [b:■ Handmade fried Gyoza / Dumpling 5 pieces for 150 yen] The POP said, "Surprisingly goes well with cold sake," so I was tempted and ordered (lol) 5 pieces for 150 yen, very much appreciated! (Commoner) Each person can choose one of the following 5 sauces. ・Homemade sauce ・Mixed vinegar ・Lime salt ・Yukari salt ・Balsamic sauce We chose Yukari salt and mixed vinegar. It goes perfectly with the sweet bean paste. By the way, the bean paste has more meat than vegetables, so it's filling. The homemade skin made with rice flour is chewy and very well made. Everything was delicious and went well with sake. They also have a wide selection of ponshu, so it's a restaurant I'd definitely like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.
