高知県に行って、本場の鰹塩たたきを食べてきました。目の前で藁で炙ったばかりのたたきってメチャ旨ですね。それまで、鰹のたたきってそんなに食べたいとは思わないものだったんですが、ちょっと見直しました。鰹自体の新鮮さとあいまって、炙りたてのほんのり温められた身と藁の香りが旨さを倍増させてくれるんですね。
そんな鰹の旨さに目覚めて尼崎に帰ってきたときに思い出したのがこのお店です。
店名通り３坪ほどの狭いカウンターだけのお店ですが、鰹の藁焼きが食べられるんです。早速、塩たたきを食べに行きました。この日は本ガツオではなくハガツオのたたきですが、これも旬だけあって美味しかったです。それに、目の前で藁焼きパフォーマンスも見られて大満足ですわ。
大将も、初めは鰹がそんなに好きではなかったけど、高知の店で修行したときに鰹の本当の旨さに目覚めたということでした。
この大将の焼き物が絶品なんですね。鰹だけでなく、黒毛和牛の焼きしゃぶや、但馬地鶏のたたきなどもいただきましたが、どれも絶妙の焼き加減で美味しくいただけました。
この界隈、そしてこの店構えにしては、お値段はちょっと高めですが、出てくるものを食べると、逆にコスパが高いんじゃないかと思わせる、尼のええお店でございますわ。
