Both Meat Dishes and seafood dishes are delicious! A stylish wine bar has opened in Aming Shopping District
2016.1 5 minutes walk northeast from the north exit of JR Amagasaki Station. This is a wine bar that opened in the Aming shopping district about a year ago. It looks like a casual bar for young people, but the food is quite authentic. We also hold a variety of interesting and advantageous events for each season, such as Valentine's Day, White Day, Boy's Festival, and Tanabata. I'm sure there will be some great events to celebrate the 1st anniversary. The first thing that catches your eye when you enter the store are the copper pots lined up on the shelves along with the rows and rows of wines. It's spectacular. When I see things like this, I naturally want to order dishes made with copper pots. Zuppa di Pesce is a soup made with plenty of seafood. It's a signature dish and it's delicious. Then, for an additional 350 yen, they will make risotto using the leftover soup. As I was eating the delicious soup, wondering if I should leave any leftovers, a staff member told me that I didn't have to leave any leftovers as they would add more soup. I guess he was staring at the soup, looking very inexperienced. The risotto with the seafood broth was also extremely delicious. Other seafood menu items such as sea urchin crema served in its shell and snow crab pasta were delicious, but these may be seasonal items. The meat menu is also second to none. The lamb roast ``Salsa Peperada'', which is meat served with meat sauce, and the Grilled skewer platter with foie gras and homemade salsiccia were also delicious. The bar structure has high chairs and small tables, so it doesn't have the atmosphere of Restaurants where you can enjoy your meal slowly and carefully, but the dishes prepared by the young chef are sure to be perfect. I went there twice, once in the fall and once in the winter, and there were many other delicious-looking dishes, and there seemed to be new menu items depending on the season, so I thought I'd like to go back to try their summer specials soon.

商店街のはずれ、しかもスロット専門店の隣という場所にありながら、意外とお洒落で料理も充実したイタリアンバルです。
19：30までに入店ならワンドリンクサービスとか季節に応じたイベントもいろいろやっていて、バレンタイン前の２月10日から12日までは、４名以上でチョコレート持参のグループにはスパークリングワインボトル１本サービスなんていうのをやっています。手作りでもチロルチョコレートでもいいそうです。性別は書いてないので、おっさん軍団がチョコレートを持参しても適用されるのでしょうか？想像しかけたけど気持ち悪くなったのでやめました（笑）。
季節限定の牡蠣のアヒージョが美味しかったです。また、寒い季節なので、ズッパディペッシュと〆のリゾットもオススメです。出てくる料理にハズレがあまりないので、安心して注文できる店ですね。
